Yeah, its so easy too!
All you do is have whatever pictures you want to use in a folder, and then open Picasa and have it collage them. It does it randomly and you can refresh it until you get one that you like. It also does it some other ways too, like basic tiled pics, etc.
I'm going to see if I can use it to work up some pics for a team postcard or two.
